In the five years of existence Drishti Adventure Sports Pvt Ltd, the flagship and first company of the group has recorded numerous milestones

TECHNICAL PARTNER FOR FORMULA ONE POWER BOAT GRAND PRIX MUMBAI 2004:


The company was chosen to provide technical assistance to the State Government of Maharashtra during the only Formula One Power Boat Grand Prix held at Mumbai in March 2004.

The construction of the temporary jetty connecting the landmass to the floating dock section in record time of 14 days is a testimony to the technical knowledge the company management and personnel possess on issues relating to the marine environment.




CONSULTANCY TO THE STATE TOURISM DEPARTMENTS:
The ability of the company to turn a stigma of the Queen's Necklace into a toddler friendly family beach did not go unnoticed by Tourism Departments of other States. The company was called upon by Tourism Departments of Orissa , Gujarat and Goa to submit proposals for eco tourism , use of existing water bodies for tourist related activities and for making beaches and beach activities safe.

In this context, the company provide Orissa with a Master Eco Tourism Plan; Gujarat with plans for tourist related activities in Surat and Sardar Sarovar and to Goa Beach Safety Plan.

CHOSEN TO TRAIN THE MUMBAI FIRE BRIGADE SEARCH AND RESUCE TEAM IN WATER RESCUE TECHNIQUES:
Mumbai Fire Brigade's S A R ( Search and Rescue Team ) has received sanction from the Municipal Commissioner for receiving training in water rescue techniques from Drishti. The training shall be provided in 2006 before monsoon.
