Mr Rajiv Somani : Age 47 years an alumni from Mayo College , Ajmer B.Com , M.M.S. is the promoter of the company. He is acknowledged as the pioneer in Water Sports Complex's and related activities. His hands-on experience provides the management with critical inputs required for administering a green field project as H2O. He has successfully managed mega events like
"F1 Power Boat Grand Prix", World Water Ski Show, National Sailing Championship 2002-03-04 and been a important part of The International Fleet Review- 2001. Mr Rajiv Somani is the First Indian to be made the Officer of the Day for a F1 Power Boat Grand Prix

Cdr. Arun Patil (Retd.) : Aged 58 years. Former Project Officer & Principal of National Institute of Water Sports, Ministry of Tourism , New Delhi. B.E ( Mechanical ) ; M.E. ( Aeronautical). Vast exposure in providing consultancy to various State Governments for establishing adventure sports. Chief officer of the Company for Adventure Sports ,based in Goa where the company proposes to increase its presence.

Mr Manoj Agiwal : Age 38 years B.Com , M.M.S has been with the Drishti Group from 1996. He shoulders the responsibilities relating to compliance with Government regulations, Semi Government bodies like MMC, Mumbai Port Trust. He overlooks all legal arrangements and is also responsible for overseeing the administration and finance at the Complex.

Mr. P.N. Pandey : Age 44 years. An Ex-Navy Diver with Indian Navy, having done Diploma in Material Management, Leadership Management & Best All Rounder during Martial Management Course & commendation from Chief of the Naval Staff for rescue operations given to Government of Andhra Pradesh during flood. Mr Pandey as General Manager (Projects) , is responsible for detailed site survey.

The management board is assisted by qualified and experienced financial, maintenance and administrative personnel.
